The Mega package includes two slices of freshly-made pizza per child, one additional large one-topping pizza, better upgraded prizes, a collectible cup with unlimited refills, a Play Pass card with a coil wristband for each child, a dedicated party host, and Dippin' Dots® Ice Cream for each child. The Birthday Star will also receive a super-upgraded prize of 2,000 Bonus E-Tickets, a double Ticket Blaster Experience, and a collectible Chuck E. Cheese tote bag.

Booking and cancellations

To book a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, you can either call the store or make a reservation online. You will need to select your location, date, and time, and pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill. You can book a birthday party reservation up to 60 days in advance and up to 24 hours before the party.

After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a phone number that you can call to make changes to your party or add upgrades. You can also make changes to your reservation online using your confirmation number and reservation date or email address. Changes are subject to availability, and you must cancel any previous reservations to avoid extra charges.

If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded, but it can be used towards a new reservation within one year of the original reserved date.

Additionally, each household is limited to booking one $99.99 birthday party per day. Any additional parties booked for the same day are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.

However, you are welcome to stay and play games after your event, but reserved seating will not be available and public seating is not guaranteed.
