So, as soon as you know you want to host a party there, get booking! You can book a birthday party reservation up to 24 hours before the event, but you don't want to leave it that late.

Booking early means you can secure your preferred date and time, as well as your desired package. Chuck E. Cheese's offers Fun, Mega, and Ultimate party packages, with prices varying by location, date, and time. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get the package you want at a time that suits you.

When booking, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your reservation. This will be applied to your total bill on the day. You can cancel or reschedule at any time, and if you do cancel, your deposit will be valid for a new reservation within one year of the original date.

Cancellations

To avoid cancellation, you can make changes to your reservation, such as the time and date, on the Chuck E. Cheese website. You will need your confirmation number and reservation date or email address to do so. Please note that date and time changes are subject to availability.

If you need to cancel your reservation due to changes in guest count, you are allowed up to 2 no-shows if the per-child party minimum is met. Child minimums vary per location and are noted on the reservation site prior to booking. Changes to the reservation due to guest count must be made prior to the day of the reserved party to avoid penalty. Any additional children not in attendance are subject to the per-child cost for any changes made on the day of your party. We cannot guarantee that you can add additional guests prior to the party.
