Get Skeeter's Roof Top Cheese In South Park

In the South Park video game The Fractured But Whole, there is a side quest called Medicinal Friend Fiasco where the player needs to find Skeeter's Roof-Aged Cheese. Go to Skeeter's Wine Bar

Skeeter's Wine Bar is the town bar in South Park. It is the favourite hangout spot for many of the town's men, including Randy, Gerald, Jimbo, Ned, Skeeter, and Stuart. The bar can get pretty packed at times, but at other times it is almost empty. The bar was previously called "Skeeter's Bar and Cocktails" until Season 19, and before that, it didn't have a name until Season 11, when it was named "Skeeter's Bar and Cocktails", implying that Skeeter took over ownership from the Bartender. The interior of the bar has changed over time, now featuring comfortable booths and a jukebox.

To get to Skeeter's Wine Bar, you can fast-travel to the point next to the church if you are coming from Kyle's house. From there, go right, then north after the Police Station, and then left on the next street up. If you are coming from another location, you can use the fast-travel point at City Wok to quickly get to Main Street. From there, head to Medicinal Fried Chicken using the alley.

The player must then back away and hit the vent with a Snack N Pop bomb to destroy it. From the edge of the rooftop, the player must scan the pinwheel on the roof opposite (Jimbo's Guns) and Fartkour over.

Win the fight and go to the roof

To win the fight and get to the roof, you must first complete the Alternate Universes Collide Again mission in South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Once you've received your new power, head to City Wok. To get there quickly from Kyle's house, fast travel to the point next to the church, then go right and north after the police station. Make a left on the next street.

Interact with the truck in Crunchy's Micro Brew Parking lot to cause a gas tank to fall out of it. Return outside and look to the left of the entrance to find a pinwheel on the window. Use inspection mode to scan this and then use the Fartkour buddy ability to reach the roof.

Once you're on the roof, take a selfie with the kid (Simon) to add him as a Connstagram follower. Loot the green chair beside Simon to get Skeeter's Roof-Aged Cheese. Move the fireworks to the AC unit on the edge of the roof and use a Snap N Pops firecracker to blow it up.

Pick up the Mission Item Memberberry Farms Juicer Crank from the trash. Continue to the right to City Wok and use the fast travel point to get to Main Street. Head back to Medicinal Fried Chicken using the alley. Craft the Cheesy Shrimparito and eat it to activate the Time Fart power: Pause. Use this power to pause the security system, allowing you to enter.

Pick up the cheese from the chair

To pick up the cheese from the chair, you must first obtain entry to Skeeter's Wine Bar. Once inside, enter inspection mode and hover over the windmill. Select the kite icon and press the analyse button. After this, win the fight and head to the roof. Once on the roof, take a selfie with the kid (Simon) to add him as a Connstagram follower. Then, loot the green chair beside Simon to pick up Skeeter's Roof-Aged Cheese.
