In 1994, nine years after the merger between ShowBiz and Pizza Time Theatre, the first new international location opened in Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile. As of 2023, there are 13 total stores in the country.

In 2001, the first location in Saudi Arabia was opened, followed by the United Arab Emirates in 2008, Jordan in 2019, Bahrain in 2021, Qatar in 2022, and Kuwait in 2024.

In March 2012, the first Chuck E. Cheese's in Mexico officially opened in Monterrey. An unofficial character, "Ratón Chito," represented Chuck E. Cheese in Mexico during the 1980s.

In February 2023, a third Chuck E. Cheese location opened in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, joining the Chaguanas location that opened in 2014 and the San Fernando location in 2016.

In August 2022, it was announced that the first Chuck E. Cheese in Egypt would open in Sheik Zayed's Royal Mall in February 2024.

As of December 2024, CEC Entertainment has announced plans to open additional international locations in Jamaica, Guyana, and the United Kingdom, with target cities including Glasgow, Manchester, and Bristol.
